Rhys will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral cortege will be leaving his home at 11.30am travelling through Abergwili Village and Glangwili Hospital on Tuesday 22 September for a service at Royal Oak Chapel of Rest, Old St Clears Road Johnstown, Carmarthen at 12.15pm followed by a private cremation.
